John Kelleher Presents at Defense Counsel of Rhode Island Seminar

On December 7, 2016, John Kelleher presented a seminar to Defense Counsel of Rhode Island entitled, Expert Depositions in Rhode Island: Tips for Taking, Defending, and Deciding Not to Take Them.  John  participated on the panel with the Honorable Daniel A, Proccacini, and Paul Kessimian, Esq.  The panel offered theoretical and practical advice on the best practices associated with expert depositions and their use at trial.
